To allow a good implementation of IWS 2.7, ISILOG the first company certified ISO/IEC 20000-1 in France, proposes its methodology to implement the ITIL processes.

 

This methodology is based on a flexible environment according to the needs. Our solution IWS 2.7 allows the implementation of all processes ITIL with an adapted methodology process by process.

Methodology

Our methodology is based on the characteristics presented in best practices ITIL. It includes the following phases:

• Comparative audit of the existing processes and study of the variations
• Study of the specifications: analyze detailed operation, options technical, study of the parameter setting, choice of the parameters
• Drafting of the specifications, technical dossier, book of parameter setting by ISILOG
• Validation of the technical dossier and book of parameter setting by the customer
• Parameter setting of the software packages: realized by ISILOG according to the specifications of the technical dossier and the book of parameter setting
• Integration - management of the interfaces
• Contribute to the Creation of Reports
• Elaboration d'un programme d'amélioration
• Delivery & installation of the software packages and the documentation of exploitation by Isilog
• Receipt by the customer: checking of the adequacy of the delivery compared to the specifications
• Training and transfer of competence of the personnel of the customer: administrators and users...

These various stages are framed by meetings of the steering committee. All these phases can, for certain important projects, to be the subject of the preliminary drafting of a Plan Quality assurance (PAQ).
