Consulting

ISILOG proposes several levels of consulting and assistance in order to make profit each customer from a technical environment to measure in connection with its technical needs, its budget, its resources and its organisational requirements :

Training

ISILOG proposes the formation in its buildings or on the site of the customer. The training courses relate to the basic software, the complementary modules, as well as the decisional methodologies and tools.

Implementation of ITIL process

IWS integrates the best practices ITIL and allows a quick implementation of process ITIL : incident management , problem management , configurations , CMDB, change management, service level management, Release management. The consultants of ISILOG are trained with the implementation of processes ITIL in adequacy with the organization of the customer.
